Hello, my name is Aaron and I tend to get carried away with ideas... but in a good way. Flippy Says Hi too.

I'm an Animator, Editor, Graphic Designer, Producer, Director, and FX Makeup Artist.

In short, I'm a one-man band, and tend to dabble in a little of everything. I'm also a perfectionist, so even when dabbling in a field of design that I may not be completely familiar with yet, I'll continue to work on it until it meets your goals.

My philosophy in life is why stop when a brick wall presents itself, whether in a project or just running around town, I begin to try inventive ways to get either around, over, through and/or under the wall to the other side (sometimes it’s a multiple attack.)

I enjoy challenges and sometimes will seek them out purposefully, but only if I'm really, really bored.

Otherwise I tackle new ideas and challenges head on and sometimes will even stay up for a few days until I figure out the problem. Everything that I interact with on any given day I will find ways to draw inspiration from for another art project or doodle. This tends to leave me in a bit of a state of flux and also leads to some interesting adventures.

Insanity Surplus was born out of shear boredom one day when I was doodling as a kid, I didn't do much with the idea until after I graduated from Vancouver Film School's (VFS) 3D Animation and Digital Effects program. From Vancouver, I took an interesting trip to Chicago and then ended up in Northwestern Wisconsin. I ended up falling in love with the semi-small town and the music scene in the area. Plus, I'm not that far away from Minneapolis, MN.

I saw a need for affordable animation and art design in the Chippewa Valley, and frankly everywhere else. I may be a one-man band, but I put forth a lot of effort and come up with designs that are ahead of project deadlines, and within budgets.

I would like to add one more to your lists of hosts to check out: Fatcow. I have found no other host that promises this much and actually delivers, their hosting plans are cheap, and they come with a lot of extras that many other hosts will charge you for individually. And, yes, I am a part of their affiliate program, so I do get paid a sum if you choose to sign-up with them through the link.
